Plodding on - Day 4 of #21 (11/06/20)

Not much progress made again today despite several hours devoted to it. I enjoyed it more today and re-positioned myself after a bit because of the back pain which was coming back again. I used the desk chair which really helped as it sits at the perfect height for the bed so all good on that front.



No walk again today; heavy rain showers, late tea and a board game got in the way. I did lots of yoga this morning though and tried a 20 minute 'Bedtime Yoga'. My lower back pain was niggling first thing this morning but no heat pads or meds were needed today, thank goodness. My mood was low to start the day but 'Yoga for Depression' helped a bit. And 'Yoga for Self-Care'.

I've been agitated and a bit unsettled by the noise/stress in the house, but I've not been tearful today (oh, actually there was one spell mid-afternoon but I pulled myself out of it and ate sweets! and messaged my friend T which helped...)
